In-Season rates run from July 1 – August 31. Off-Season rates run from September 1 – June 30.
Rates are for the occupancy listed above.

Check in time is 1300-1600 Monday-Friday, 1300-1400 Saturday & Sunday.
Check out is by 1000. Late check in and checkout must be approved by the Lodge Host.
Payments are required every seven days. Balance due at check out.
* Townhouse reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.
* Townhouse units have 3 or 4 bedrooms, and 1 or 1 ½ baths, respectively.
* Units are furnished and we provide the linens; each unit has a laundry facility in the basement.


RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

• PCS members may make a reservation ninety days in advance

• TDY/TAD personnel  may make a reservation  sixty days in advance

• Vacationers may make a reservation thirty days in advance in-season and forty-five days off-season up to ten days, then space available

• Priority is discussed in AIRSTAINST 7010.3

• Requests for stays over thirty days must have written authorization

• Cancellation is seven days notice to avoid a one night charge

POLICY:

• A copy of Military Orders and valid ID must be presented at check in

• NO SMOKING

• NO PETS

• QUIET TIME 2200-0700

• Refer to AIRSTAINST 7010.3 for full details on the policy and reservation procedure
