All members wishing to utilize the Nantucket Recreational House must be familiar with the current Recreational Housing Rental Instruction AIRSTAINST 1710.6D (Series) for policies, regulations and procedures concerning usage of the Nantucket Recreational House. The main change is that the new source for rate information will be this website or the Wings Inn Office 508-968-6461 and rates are subject to change without notice.

Off Season Rate is $110 per night. (Nov 1- Apr 30)
Seasonal Rate is $170 per night. (May 1 - Oct 31)

This instruction includes a weighted lottery system for determining reservations. The names will then be jumbled and a single name selected. With the limited resources of only one house available to us, this weighted system was necessary to allow all MWR patrons a chance to reserve a vacation week. The lottery system is designed to give active duty members an improved edge over other MWR patrons. However, ALL patrons will have a fair chance at obtaining a reservation.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
There is a new timeline to follow for reservation submissions. During summer peek season (Jun - Aug) reservation requests will be accepted for minimum stay of seven nights. All reservations will be Friday to Friday.

Early arrivals are not permitted without the prior approval of MWR TQ Management.

During off peak months (Sep - May) reservations requests will be accepted for a minimum of two days and a maximum of seven. Check in/out times remain the same.

Reservation requests by all eligible MWR patrons must be submitted 3 months in advance. See chart below. They will be accepted in the first week of the submitting month. For example, requests for the month of July will be accepted April 1 - 7.

If there are multiple requests for a same week, all reservations will be weighted according to eligibility and a drawing will be held to determine who will receive the reservation. Any reservation requests inside of 3 months for open weeks will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservation requests will be accepted via fax, mail or in person. Telephone reservations will not be accepted. Please click this link for a reservation request form.
